All Artwork provided by us is sold under the terms that the Customers choice is final. Ordering

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and JP Rooney / Hasson Irish Art Studio until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you.
Delivery
All paintings are supplied in a protective cellophane wrapper to protect them from handling and damage, they are also wrapped in a suitable package for shipping and will normally be dispatched within 30 working days. However, as we rely on the artist to personally sign all items, this date may slip if he is out of the country or unavailable due to personal circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the delay.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK or Ireland, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Cancellations and Returns
If for any reason you believe there is a fault with your goods then you should notify us immediately. We will replace all faulty goods immediately upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to offer a swap or exchange service for your original order. We may accept a return of goods if ordered in error please contact info@jprooneyartstudio.com or, alternatively, call 074 9384662 for more information. Please note once a payment has been made for a specially commissioned or modified painting it is non refundable only special commissions damaged upon arrival will be liable for return.
Notification
To initiate the returns process, you need to email us within 5 days of receipt of goods stating the order number and reason for return to info@jprooneyartstudio.com or, alternatively, call 074 9384662, quoting your order number and stipulating the reason for the return.
Returning the goods
As soon as we receive your Returns Email or notification, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. The seal should not broke or the painting removed from its cellophane wrapper, unless you intend to purchase, as no refund is available for paintings that have been removed from their protective cover. All work to be returned has to be within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund. We require the goods to be returned in the full original packaging and packed securely. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days although please allow up to 28 days
